Short Vita
Ingmar Lippert was trained in Science and Technology Studies at Lancaster, with prior environmental studies at Istanbul, Freiburg and Cottbus. Ingmar holds a PhD in Sociology (Augsburg), and has been teaching STS in Singapore, Copenhagen and Cottbus. Since 2023, Ingmar teaches on the STS programme run by the Institute for Anthropology and European Ethnology at Goethe University Frankfurt. Within Fixing Futures, his research focuses on agents of ecological modernisation and their practices and infrastructures seeking to fix current developments for a better future (whilst asking both how and for whom these work).
